Gardner’s multiple intelligence theory- Gardner thought of intelligence as a way to solve problems. He also styled things that people valued. He also created the seven now eight intelligences that defines a person intelligence. He puts every person in a category. With any of the eight intelligence, you could use technology. In the writing he does not mention using technology.
Bloom’s taxonomy- there are three types of learning-Cognitive: Knowledge. Affective: attitude- Psychomotor: manual or physical skills. These thee types are three ways that students learn. When using these three types of learning, there is a lot you can use with technology. Integration happens in the classroom.
Dale’s cone of experience- I have never herd of this before. When I look at it I was surprise that reading was on the top of his list. Only 10 %. The real thing and experience was the best thing on his list. This is one that I like a lot. Experience is the key. Best learning for you. Which you can integrate for learning when you put the children on the computer and let them learn.
I do not have the slide show to relate to the type 1, 2, 3. I could not open it up at home. So when you response please add that. Thanks!!

Hi Kelly,
I do not want to post my whole response to this blog showing how I related each to type 1,2 and 3, but if you would like to see mine you can go to http://imbusk.blogspot.com and see how I related all three types to each theory.
But I noticed that you said the seven now eight different intelligeces and I found that interesting, because after the reading the chapter and searching the theory online I found that they were saying that there was eight intelligences and that they are adding a ninth one; Existentialist. I found that very interesting, but I guess we can learn from that, in that everything we find may not be correct or even updated information. Have you heard anything about this ninth intelligence? I also saw that you said that Gardner places people into different intelligences, and I question that because I feel like what I got from the reading and searching online was that every individual has some intelligences as their strengths and others as their weaknesses and not that he places an individual into a certain intelligence. I think they are all intertwined with each other its just some are better and can relate to certain intelligences more than others. But good luck this semester, this class should be fun, but definitely a lot of work!
