Image-based lesson

My lesson would be based for pre-k. This lesson would help my students to learn more about land and water. The students will learn what kinds of animals live on the land and in the water. In the pictures I put a couple of animals as starters to where the animals live. As a class we could make a list of what animals live where. The children could paint, draw, or write the names of the animals that live in the water or on the land.

Gardner’s multiple intelligence theory- Gardner thought of intelligence as a way to solve problems. He also styled things that people valued. He also created the seven now eight intelligences that defines a person intelligence. He puts every person in a category. With any of the eight intelligence, you could use technology. In the writing he does not mention using technology.

Bloom’s taxonomy- there are three types of learning-Cognitive: Knowledge. Affective: attitude- Psychomotor: manual or physical skills. These thee types are three ways that students learn. When using these three types of learning, there is a lot you can use with technology. Integration happens in the classroom.

Dale’s cone of experience- I have never herd of this before. When I look at it I was surprise that reading was on the top of his list. Only 10 %. The real thing and experience was the best thing on his list. This is one that I like a lot. Experience is the key. Best learning for you. Which you can integrate for learning when you put the children on the computer and let them learn.

I do not have the slide show to relate to the type 1, 2, 3. I could not open it up at home. So when you response please add that. Thanks!!

Introduction

My name is Kelly, I'm 22 years old. I have a wonderful husband named Eric and a turtle named Floppy. Floppy is our pet. I'm from Walbridge,Ohio. Currently living in Perrysburg. I love sports. I played college basketball at Owens for two years. In my two years there I received a Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. I'm currently working on my 4 year degree here at BGSU. I really like to hang out with my family and friends.I'm taking this class because we have to. I'm hoping to learn more about computers and to be able to come up with ways to use computers in the classroom. I would also like to learn more about the imoive. My thoughts at this point about technology is that its a great idea. I think that a lot of schools get the computers and want the students to use them but the school does not get a teacher in there to teach them (in some cases). Technology changes so much that the teachers that teach might not know how to use the new technology.
